Responsibilities:
Cold calling and client hunts, product pitching to the clients for both Solar PV & Solar Thermal systems Tele marketing, calling clients and pitching them about the products, follow up for the sent quotes, and maintaining corporate follow-ups as well Handle company social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing brand awareness Formulating new marketing strategies, creating a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on goodwill, create a plan for engaging the target market, analyzing the competition to create a plan for engagement, making sure to meet quota during a given period, performing tasks regarding the marketing and awareness of the brand Maintain and update the CRM system with sales leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities, lead status, and marketing efforts Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote solar products and services Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and other administrative tasks Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities to support strategic decision-making Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks |
