Job Description: |
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk activities including mail, deliveries, and scheduling
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of front office activities
- Professional appearance and attitude
