Job Description: |
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to support our HR department. The HR Officer will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for supporting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing issues related to policies, benefits, and performance.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by assisting managers with employee evaluations and goal-setting.
- Help identify employee development needs and coordinate training programs.
Training & Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and help coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Promote employee growth through skills development opportunities.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure the organization complies with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Update and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and compensation queries.
Payroll Support:
- Support the payroll team with the collection of attendance data and verification of employee information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role or equivalent administrative support position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
