Job Description:

We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to be the welcoming face of our prestigious heritage club. If you have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.

  • Handle check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries at the front desk.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to fulfill guest needs.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of club services, events, and policies.

  • Uphold a high standard of service and appearance at all times.
