| Job Description: |
- Creating and closing shifts at the beginning and ending of 12 hours shift
- Troubleshooting IT/ hardware issues
- Cleaning and Maintenance of IT equipment
- Communication with NOC for reporting any issue at the plaza
- Communicating with MRT in case of any major issue that needs mobile team support or remote assistance
- Cleaning maintenance and troubleshooting of MTag/ WIM systems
- Timely on/ off VMS gantries
- Communicating/installing IT equipment against faulty/nonoperational
- Troubleshooting power issues
- Basic troubleshooting/ maint/ starting the Genset
- Keeping fuel record
- Cleaning and Maintenance of power/ solar equipment
- Communicating/installing power equipment against faulty/nonoperational
