| Job Description: |
Manager Production (Garments Division) required for our Mills in Khurrianwala (Fasialabad) with minimum 08 years experience in well reputed Textile Company (Knitwear/Made-Ups will be preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the execution plan of Cut to pack production process.
- Administrating production costs, billing reports and budgets.
- Deliver on production targets in timely and quality - formal manner.
- Organize and supervise production strength and labour.
- Directing Production Floors to ensure the smooth production process.
- Develop and implement operation systems, policies and production processes to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor production and operations closely with quality.
- Managing large scale operational contracts.
- Drive for continuous improvement for manufacturing cost, KPI, quality, lead-time, process capability.
Requirements
- Minimum 08 years Experience in well reputed Textile Company (Knitwear/Made-Ups will be preferred).
- Graduation (Master will be preferred).
