| Job Description: |
- Follow ups and correspondence between the COCO team and concerned departments (Engineering, Administration, maintenance etc)
- IT coordinator for the issues related to software (Esuit, SMS, Lubricant Customer management system) being used at COCO sites and ensuring smooth working and proper data entry.
- Monitoring daily WSM and LOG Sheets and provide monthly analysis report for gain and loss, sales trend and underground tank behavior and timely intimation of any abnormality.
- To be the contact point for COCO staff and related departments. Monitoring CCTV feeds and creating incident reports, Petty cash management, monthly utility bills, NFR rentals, Property tax, availability of stationary, maintaining credit customer's account and ensuring credit cheque according to company policy (Customer securities and bank guarantees etc.)
- Scheduling task Calendar (record keeping of COCO site tasks, deadlines and reminders)
- Observe/monitor online camera from Head Office and report abnormalities/violations (Customer Services/ HSE).
- Ensure timely recovery of Monthly Rentals from auxiliary services (Tuck Shop, Tyre Shop, and Car Wash etc)
- Record R&M complaints in system and Strong follow-up with concerned sections for early rectification.
- Prooctively compliance of monthly approvals, for utility bills, petty cash and other expense reimbursement.
