Location: Defense Road, Near Behria Town, Mohlanwal, Lahore. Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Office-based Department: Front Office / Administration Shift: Morning (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Reports To: Office Manager / Operation Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist & Data Entry Officer to be the face of our organization while also playing a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. This role combines front desk duties with precise data entry responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of accuracy.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming environment while ensuring that data systems are consistently updated and maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Oversee the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across various internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Conduct regular reviews of data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting them promptly.
- Assist in generating basic reports and summaries from data collected.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with data protection policies.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Experience working as a receptionist or in a similar office role, including some data entry.

- Able to handle more than one task at a time and stay organized.
- Friendly, polite, and professional with people.
- Can work well on your own and also get along with a team.
