Key Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
• Present and promote the housing society’s plots and investment opportunities.
• Provide complete guidance to clients regarding installment plans, policies, and benefits.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure future referrals and repeat business.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and maximizing incentives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales experience.
