We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PPC Executive to oversee and manage production planning and control for knitted fabrics. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and timely delivery of fabric production while coordinating with various departments such as knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production orders based on customer requirements and available capacity.
- Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, and finishing departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Monitor daily production status and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.
- Ensure efficient use of machinery, manpower, and materials to meet production targets.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, WIP tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Address bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues promptly with relevant departments.
- Ensure on-time order completion and dispatch in coordination with the logistics team.
- Analyze past production data to improve future planning and productivity.
- Work closely with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
- Implement and follow up on production KPIs and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning (PPC) in a knitted fabric manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of knitted fabric types, processes, and production flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with knitting, dyeing, and finishing planning.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Salary: 60,000 and negotiable.
